School uniforms will not be required this school year. However, Marshall Elementary will enforce the following dress code in alignment with the TPS dress code policy:
Tops
- Any color - can have appropriate writing or design
- Hoodies/Sweatshirts may be worn, no hoods on heads
- Should not display profanity, alcohol, marijuana, or any other inappropriate logo
- Tops must cover the entire stomach
Pants/Shorts/Skirts/Jumpers
- Jeans are allowed (no holes)
- Uniform bottoms are allowed
- Shorts, skirts, skorts, and jumpers should be close to finger length on the side of the leg
Socks
- Student choice
Shoes
- Solid back and covered toes
Students may not wear (in class):
- Hoods covering heads
- Outerwear
- Oversized jackets or clothing
- Clothing that is see-through
- Flip flops, sandals, slides, heels
- Spaghetti straps, halter tops, strapless tops, or dresses
- Costumes (unless special school spirit day)
- Ripped, stained, soiled clothing, or clothing which is too tight or revealing
- Anything prohibited by Tulsa Public Schools dress code policy 2601-R
